Prepare to be shrouded in a soft blanket of salt mist...

Before arrival.

- Book a visit on our website or by phone.

- Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the session. Share what complaints you have, what your expectations are. In this way, we will recommend a wellness plan specifically for you.

-Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement. If you have skin problems, we recommend wearing more open clothes, t-shirts with short sleeves (or sleeveless), shorts.

-Wear clean socks or slippers used only for the salt room.

During the session.

-During the session, very finely ground salt particles are blown into the room.

- So sit comfortably in the chair and dive into the gentle salt fog.

-Breathe deeply and calmly through the nose, try to breathe with the diaphragm (belly) so that the salt particles get as deep as possible into the small bronchi.

- During the adult session, quiet relaxing music plays in the background. You can meditate, take a nap, or simply focus on your breathing to be in the here and now. During the session, special attention is paid to peace and relaxation.

-During the children's session, songs or fairy tales are played. Little ones can have fun in the play corner, where there is furniture suitable for children, a kitchenette, and plenty of safe educational toys suitable for even the smallest children.

After the session.

-Take your time to drink water at least for the first 15-20 minutes. Allow the salt to soak into the mucous membranes.

- After half an hour and in general during the period of visiting the salt room, try to drink as much water as possible. Because salt liquefies mucus, and together with water, the secretion will be removed even faster.

-If you visit after an illness and have residual symptoms, such as a prolonged cough or stuffy nose, don't be surprised if your cough worsens or you develop a runny nose after the first treatments. The salt penetrates deep, relaxes swollen mucous membranes and liquefies retained secretions. This is a sign that the respiratory system has begun to clear itself.

- In cold weather, immediately after the procedure, avoid active outdoor activities (running, cycling, active outdoor training) for at least an hour. The airways are open, so you need to be careful not to breathe cold air and catch a cold.

We look forward to your arrival and wish you a pleasant experience!
